By using the Hlatse's Health & Beauty website and WhatsApp ordering service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Orders & payment
All orders are confirmed once we acknowledge them via WhatsApp and receive payment via the banking details we provide. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice. Stock is subject to availability.
Product use
Our skincare and wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a known allergy, consult a healthcare professional before use. Results may vary from person to person.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with proof and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns are accepted for unopened items in original packaging.
